AI for Pharma. From understanding AI to building with it.

AI capabilities are advancing faster than most organizations can absorb them. Pharmaceutical organizations need to adopt AI in a way that is practical, responsible and relevant to their work. CetoSpace AI was created to close that gap.

Format
A two-day program
Designed for
Pharmaceutical organizations
Approach
Hands-on, in your own AI tools

AI is moving from experimentation to execution.

Many pharmaceutical teams are already experimenting with AI — drafting, summarizing, searching. The next step is different: turning those capabilities into practical workflows and systems that support real work, reliably and responsibly.

That step requires new ways of thinking, not just new tools. It is what this program is built for.

Experimentation

  • Individual prompts
  • Occasional, ad-hoc use
  • Results that depend on who is asking
  • Isolated trials

Execution

  • Repeatable workflows
  • AI built into how work gets done
  • Consistent, reviewable output
  • Agents with defined goals and boundaries

Understand. Explore. Build.

The CetoSpace journey

Five steps, each building on the last — from how AI works to building with it.
  1. 01

    Understand

    AI Foundations

How generative AI works, and where it doesn't.

  2. 02

    Explore

    AI Toolkit

Which tool to use for which task.

  3. 03

    Automate

    AI Workflows

From a single prompt to a repeatable process.

  4. 04

    Reason

    AI Agents

Goals, tools and boundaries instead of fixed steps.

  5. 05

    Build

    Hands-on workshops

Participants build their own workflows and agents.

A two-day immersive experience

The first day builds understanding. The second puts it to work. Both days run in the AI tools your organization already uses.

Understand the tools, identify opportunities, and learn the fundamentals of AI workflows and agents.

What participants will learn

  • How AI can support different pharmaceutical functions
  • Which general-purpose and specialist AI tools to use, and when
  • The difference between prompting, AI workflows and AI agents
  • How to map a business process into an AI-assisted workflow

Sessions

  1. AI for the Pharmaceutical Industry
  2. The AI Toolkit: Tools, Capabilities & Use Cases
  3. Introduction to AI Workflows
  4. Workflow Mini-WorkshopHands-on
  5. Introduction to AI Agents
  6. Recap, Key Takeaways & Q&A

Delivered in the tools your teams use

The program runs in the AI tools your teams already use, so participants learn in the environment they will actually use.

How delivery works

Day 2 workshops

From learning to building

The centerpiece of the program. Participants don't watch demonstrations — they build workflows and agents themselves, in their organization's own AI platform, using a method they can repeat afterwards.
  1. Identify

Choose a real task worth improving, with the people who do it.

  2. Design

Map the steps, inputs, decisions and where AI adds value.

  3. Build

Assemble the workflow or agent with accessible tools.

  4. Test

Run it on realistic examples and check the output critically.

  5. Improve

Refine prompts, context and boundaries, then run it again.

Then repeat, with what the test revealed.
